茶懐石というのはとても美味しいものです。そして、とても素晴らしいものです。 しかし、お客様として美味しいといただくのはいいけれども、もてなす側で亭主として茶懐石を作るのはとても大変な仕事です。

茶懐石を食べたいと思う時に食べることが出来る、料理屋に行ったり、茶席に行ったりしなくてもおうちで食べることが出来たらどうだろうか。青柳は、そんなことを実現するのもいいかという思いでおうち懐石を仕上げました。

お茶事をもっと身近に味わっていただけるように、茶懐石を一通りご自宅で召し上がることが出来るように考えまして、仕立てております。 お茶事のお使いに、お手伝いに、お届けもいたします。

茶懐石一式を詰め合わせ、冷凍のクール便にて毎月10日以降に順次お送り致します。 また当月の御献立、仕上げの調理方法を記した小冊子を同梱いたします。 冷蔵庫などにて自然解凍したものを簡単な調理をして、器に盛りつけてお召し上がり頂きます。 たとえば吸い物のお出汁は、穏やかに火を入れたものを、ご自宅で初めて沸騰させることで、 引きたての香りが立ちのぼり、お店で召し上がっていただくのとほぼ同じお吸い物をご家庭でお楽しみいただけます。 また他のお料理も、青柳の出来たて、切りたてを再現できるよう、 それぞれ工夫を凝らしてお作り致しております。

A complete assortment of kaiseki dishes will be frozen and delivered after the 10th of each month. A booklet will detailed explanations of the month’s menu including photos and preparation instructions will also be included.

Defrost the items naturally in the refrigerator, follow the simple preparation instructions, and serve.

We take pride in delivering a restaurant experience to your home. For example, the dashi of a suimono (clear broth soup) is gently heated during preparation. At home when the dashi is brought to a boil, the fresh aroma of the broth is released for the first time making your at home experience almost identical to the restaurant.

We have meticulously customized each dish to recreate the Aoyagi experience in the comfort of your home.
